Sai's involvement in retail 3D media began in 2009 when he created the innovative technology of "Floorstoppers" (3D illusionary floor- media). With this patented technology in hand he went on to build and develop Malaysia's largest retail network across all shopper marketing platforms with more than 80 retailers which included 80 hypermarkets, 1,500 convenience stores, 250 supermarkets and 70 malls nationwide.

Now, Sai is doing it again.

Tim Mason


Tim has over 30 years of retail experience with Tesco PLC, 17 years at board level. He served from 1995-2012 as a board director and since 2010 as Deputy CEO and Chief Marketing Officer of Tesco and also as president and CEO of Fresh & Easy Neighbourhood Market since its founding in 2007. His extensive experience in retail helps Visual Retale broaden its horizons.

Balbeer Singh Khaira

COO + Chief of Money and Works

Balbeer has been conquering the finance world for the past 30 years. After completing his accounting degree in the United States and becoming a member of The American Institure of Certified Public Accountants, Balbeer returned back to Malaysia with Tyco International as Financial Controller. He continued on his finance journey with the Sunway Group as CFO and later CRO. Visual Retale is lucky enough to have him on their team to impart his wisdom onto everyone!

Dharmik Sheth

Director + Style Leader

Dharmik is our chief strategy man with extensive experience in business transformation, performance improvement and organisational development.

He is responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational matters, planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the development of new markets.

Christopher Abeysekera

Business Development Manager + All Round Good Guy

Chris comes from both a brand building and brand development background and has experience in managing market leader FMCG brands.

He has handled both local and international brand portfolios. Highly efficient and organized, he coordinates the commercial and creative aspects of the business.

Harmandar Singh

Non-Executive Director

Harmandar Singh, or better known as Ham, has been in marketing and brand communications for almost 30 years. He has created almost 400 commercials and won over 50 local and international creative awards. Ham has been a Creative Director for as long as he can remember and joined the Visual Retale team in 2016 as a Non-Executive Director. Even after leaving advertising, he applies creativity every day in his life.

Ian Edwards

Project Manager + Start Up Guru

After spending 30 years with in the established confines of Barclays Bank, Ian is taking a walk on the wild side at Visual Retale.

We count on Ian to keep us on track. Ian uses his extensive project management and administrative skills to resolve our business needs.

Ramkumar Menon

Technical Director + Captain of Experience

A mechanical engineer by profession Ramkumar heads the technical and operational team. Ram loves experimenting with new and innovative technologies that will enhance existing the Visual Retale product portfolio.
